Alligator Loose in New Jersey Finally Captured

An alligator that has been on the loose in New Jersey has finally been caught. That’s hundreds of miles north of where alligators should be swimming. “The suspicion is that someone has it had a pet and just released it which is common when the alligator gets bigger, they are unmanageable,” said Middlesex Borough Mayor John Madden. Piscataway police helped trap the alligator. It will be sent to the Cape May County Zoo. Inside Edition Digital has more.

  1. Curious why they didn't they set up a trap, put food in it, and release the alligator to the wild, in an area away from residential neighborhoods?

  2. Did he step on his snout to capture him? Please STOP letting police handle WILD ANIMALS. They have NO TRAINING, nor do they care about the harm caused to them. Someone should step on his face.
