What a brilliant documentary! I work in TV myself and thoroughly enjoyed the quality of production, the varying narratives and the overall content. Nice one.

I've watched several of these documentaries now and I'm still trying tp place the narrator's accent. His English is impeccable, and his voice sounds familiar, but what accent is that?

My family are from Jersey, and I am visiting this summer for the first time in about ten years. I am looking forward to it a lot!
Fun fact: Queen Elizabeth II holds the title of 'Duke of Normandy' on the Channel Islands, a title which all English Monarchs (male and female) have held since William the Conqueror. Also, the Channel Islands are the last remaining remnants of the Duchy of Normandy (911-1259ad).
